Well, I guess I would have to answer your question with another question… Is it important to be near schools, shopping centers, recreation facilities and public transit? Most offers will be crafted with a subject removal period built in so you have time to do your due diligence on the property. Once the subject removal period is up, your deposit will be due and payable typically “in trust” to my brokerage – Royal LePage Wolstencroft. Once the money is deposited you officially have an accepted offer and the money cannot be withdrawn by either the Buyer or Seller until the Lawyers release the amount on Completion
